Are you ready?

Can you believe it’s almost Christmas?  This year has flown by and here we are ~ December.  Are you ready?  Are you preparing?  It’s Advent ~ arrival or coming…. Are you preparing during this advent season for the coming of the King?  What does it look like to prepare for Him to come?  Who is coming anyway?  Santa ~ the world would have you think so.  Christ the King ~ CHRISTmas …. God’s own Son.  He came once as a baby ~ the world wasn’t ready for Him then.  There wasn’t room for Him.  He was born in a stable.  But Hey ~ He is coming back again.  This time not as a baby but as the King ~ are you ready for His coming ~ His second coming?  The world is not…they don’t even acknowledge Him ~ what about you?  Are you preparing for the King of kings and Lord of lords?  He was the gift the first Christmas ~ He came, He suffered and died, rose again so that you ~ we can have the gift of eternal life ~ life forever in Heaven with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  There is only one way to Heaven ~ it’s the first gift of Christmas ~ CHRIST….So hey ~ are you ready?
